Three to Seven Layer Co-extruder Traction Rotating Film Blowing Machine

 

Machine Introduction:

The three to seven-layer extruder uses co-extrusion technology, which reduces the cost of traditional film materials. Today, the greatest demand for LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, MLLPE, PA, and EVA horizontal extrusion up blown. The film is good in sudation, for instance holding temperature, anti-humid, ant-breeze, anti-rain, anti-roost, insulation oxygen, oil resistive, and so used for light and heavy-duty packaging, for example, fresh fruits, meat-feeding, salt vegetables, fresh milk, drink.

 

The extruder is equipped as standard with:

Head rotation device or oscillation tower;

Productive screw pair (the cylinder consists of two parts, the first part is threaded; a barrier compression screw with dispersing and mixing elements);

Two-stage water-cooled gearbox;

High-performance air-blowing ring;

Remote control panel at the blowing ring to regulate the blowing intensity, auger rotation speed, and hood with digital indicators;

Inverters of the main engine, airflow, and exhaust; additional drawing device;

Height-adjustable extraction device, a rackless winder with pneumatic shafts with automatic change of rolls upon reaching the footage.

Additional options for a three-layer ABC LDPE (LDPE) extruder a device for unloading finished roles onto the floor, automatic tension control on winding, automatic edge control EPC, IBC internal cooling system, system for measuring and controlling thickness variations, gravimetry with control of extrusion and weight of a linear meter, a back-to-back winder for obtaining the web, and a device for recycling the cut edge of the web.
